We are finalizing the estimates with the builders. Looks like we should be able to move forward fairly quickly with getting things moving. Nothing solid yet, but signs are good. The insurance company is still, seemly, doing a good job of working with us. We continue to be amazed at this and see it as God's kindness to us. The electric panel was prepared for inspection yesterday and should be approved for reactivation in a day or two.
I'm meeting with David Bard, our builder, tomorrow morning to go over some of his outstanding questions on his estimate. I'm hoping we can have that submitted before the weekend and then we'll see about timing.
Clean up of the house continues. We saw some of the charred boards being removed yesterday and Gen's room has been cleared out. Most of the moisture has also been removed by the dehumidifiers now that all the "stuff" has been cleaned out.
